2013 Wedding of the Peterkins

Weddings at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church

At Blessed Sacrament, we joyfully celebrate both Catholic Wedding Masses (when both bride and groom are Catholic) and Catholic Wedding Ceremonies (when one party is Catholic).

Parish Membership & Scheduling

  • We ask couples to be registered in our parish—or connected through a family member. If you're new in town (especially due to military relocation), reach out to our Wedding Coordinator.

  • Typically, we recommend one year of preparation to fulfill diocesan requirements. We can accommodate shorter timelines in some cases—just ask.

Preparation & Planning

  • Your journey will include sacramental preparation and logistical coordination.

  • Start by contacting Maiga, our Wedding Coordinator, to begin the process:

  • You will receive a complete packet with details on preparation, church policies, fees, and Scripture/music selection.

Venue & Reception

  • We host wedding Masses/ceremonies and also offer reception facilities—indoor and outdoor—with:

    • Commercial kitchen

    • Multiple restrooms

    • Tables & chairs available

  • Rentals are offered at reasonable rates; contact the Coordinator for details.

“Omari and I have the best memories of our wedding at Blessed Sacrament, surrounded by our parish community, family and friends. To have our sacrament of marriage in our church, and to have our three children continue growing their faith through baptisms, reconciliation and communion in the same church has been a true blessing.”

My husband (Eric) and I were married at Blessed Sacrament on 5/5/18. We’ve been each other’s sweethearts since 2008, when we met in high school. Our enduring love is a gift from God!

Best, Phoebe Overkamp

Malachi and I were married at Blessed Sacrament August 26, 2023. This year we are very excited for him to be going through the RCIA program here as well!

Warm regards, Maria McCloud

"My family was raised in Blessed Sacrament so it was a natural extension for our wedding to take place in my home parish. At that time, the sanctuary was turned around. We prepared in what is now the nursery. After our wedding, we had a picnic and party at my parent's home in Larchmont." – Barbara Price Aug. 19, 1972

“We were married on September 9, 2017. Blessed Sacrament was the perfect parish for us because Will did RCIA there and his first ever Mass was at that church. We had a beautiful nuptial Mass on that day (it almost was rescheduled due to a hurricane warning but we were blessed with great weather!)”
