Welcome to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church! On this page, you will find everything you need to register for our parish. You may register in one of two ways: the Parish Registration Form or visiting th eoffice. If you choose to complete the form, please print out the form and bring the completed form to the Parish Office. We also encourage you to sign up for Flocknotes! This is our parish’s way of distributing communication for the parish as a whole, as well as, for specific ministries.

Flocknote Registration
Flocknotes is our email communication platform for Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. By using Flocknotes, you are able to receive updates about general parish information and specific ministry to which you belong. Be sure to keep your profile updated with your interests. You may also set up your family to include multiple members.
1. Enter your information into the appropriate boxes and click “Sign Me Up.”
2. Select which Ministry Email Lists you would like to join. Once you have clicked all of your interests, click “Next.”
3. Verify your email and phone number via the messages sent from Flocknote.
4. Add additional family members, as appropriate, and select “Save.”
